There is currently a draft of a bill that consider abortion a homicide at any stage of gestation.  This would then include Plan B.

Plan B is not being considered no matter how many times you say it. It is not in this article, it is not the same birth control method that is mentioned in the article. It is not true. 
I am not anti-abortion, I am just simply saying that Plan B is not being considered banned in that state. [/quote]
