Not with the world’s consent anyway … Russia already has crippling sanctions, been kicked off UN human rights council and they are figuring out how to kick them off the UN Security Council, Germany and Western Europe slashing oil and gas from Russia, international criminal court preparing to issue international Arrest warrant. Europe will help Ukraine rebuild. They will never surrender to Russia.

The iron curtain is going up again and the stakes are much clearer for everyone to see. Putin is a pariah.
