Just that teachers can't be expected to remember every moment which kids are supposed to wear masks and which aren't.  So if a kid takes off their mask, then a teacher isn't carrying around a list that says "oh little Larla needs to wear a mask", which she checks and then goes and bugs little Larla but not little Larlo who is sitting right next to Larla.[/quote]
