And there is something up with Charlotte. Besides being annoying AF and super whiny, I always got the impression that she's like, from Ohio. Not exactly to the manor born UES WASP material. As a native Manhattanite it always seemed like all of the characters were putting on a different persona of "being a New Yorker" but Charlotte has that in spades as well in a way that's really desperate and off-putting.
