nobody is, they knew and he knew and everyone else knew why he was there.  He didn't take a coveted spot form some kid who was on the fence in the admissions process.  he was brought in to play basketball and make the school money.  We could say the school failed him by not preparing him how to mange his money in a finance class. [/quote]
