Yeah, if many had the means to move when there are too many pit bulls in the neighborhood, they would move too.

In my last neighborhood I was walking my dog and saw  a pitbull behind a fence in someone’s yard and the kids actually said “hey I bet my dog can beat up your dog”. I just looked at the children and said I am certain you are correct. I don’t let my dog fight. But that told me right there the mentality of those pitbull owners. And who knows, maybe that pitbull was taken away from that family and then put into the shelter and now is somebody else’s rescue. A ticking time bomb.
