Yes, Ciara wears a lot of wigs and weaves, but she actually grew our her natural hair after years of heat damage. It's very long.

Beyonce is another one who has long hair underneath her wigs and wigs.  Her hairstylist has posted pictures of her natural hair on his IG page and here's a clip of her mom posting her natural hair (with Beyonce telling her she's being annoying.  :lol: )
