I think keeping the peace is probably more important than having exactly the trip you want, but I get why this is a dilemma. Maybe look into whether there's daycare or ski camp you can send the kids to - or even a nanny for those few days. It'll be $ but perhaps the sisters can all pitch in to make that possible.[/quote]
