We dont know what happened, but even if the residents broke the little library, the punishment of a 7 year ban certainly doesn't fit the crime. I would be very skeptical of anything the HOA says, as they have a history of being incompetent. Their legal advisor is also an imbecile. Wouldn't be surprised if he went to Frostburg. :lol: [/quote]
