[/quote] You need to take you kid to public pools and parks and get him some family therapy in the meantime. your hoa would be liable for gross negligence to allow your kid back on the property given his history and your lack of parental supervision. You would probably then sue them for not protecting him from himself. The HOA is not a public service organization. It’s not the HOA’s job to raise your child, their job is to protect property and mitigate risks. Stop taking your drama public and get you and your family some help. [/quote]
