He was acquitted (hopefully all of you can appreciate that these cases--esp. in 2007--can be difficult) but he was charged with sexual abuse of a 13 year old student when he was working for DCPS. He has had MULTIPLE confrontations with staff at ACPS schools, resulting in police having to be called, and restrictions being placed on when he can be on school grounds. He is deeply disturbed.
