This is a truly stupid post.  No one plays down on these teams and you’ve never seen it.  What you’ve likely seen is that in the very youngest ages, e.g., there are 2031s that play up on the 2030 team and also play for the 2031 depending on the game.  For second grade and third grade teams.  This is common in the second and third grade teams.  But it involves players playing up and not down.[/quote]

This is correct.  Nobody in these age groups are playing down on NL.  Those kids are playing up, and it's almost always w/in the youngest two years.[/quote]
