MLS Next players can't dual roster and play ECNL.  It's not allowed according the MLS Next regulations.  MLS Next players cannot play on another team during the MLS Next season.  Look at p.15 in the regulations. SYC will stay MLS Next and VA Union will be able to pull B Team SYC players and McLean A team players that want to play ECNL.  So there isn't going to be any dual rostering between SYC MLS Next and the VA Union team unless they want to lose the MLS Next status.  Looks like SYC and McLean should have looked a little closer at the MLS Next rules before creating this alliance.  [/quote]

You did not read the section about "Future Players". Players can play on ECNL and be MLS Next "Future Players".[/quote]

Currently the "Future Players"/ Part-time players already play at Manassas Club. SYC MLS Next is their part-time gig.
