I have three kids who went through AAP and my recollection is it was broken out because from December to April or May, AAP dominated and [b]other topics were lost in the sea[/b] of, should we get WISC, should we get a copy of the file, what scores got in in previous years, the GBRS is biased, teachers' opinions should have the most weight, teachers rate minority kids lower so shouldn't have a say, my kid is really gifted and most AAP kids are holding him back....[b]That and all the TJ posts made it impossible for parents of kids in Gen Ed classes to have a space to get information that related to their kids. So would you support breaking out FCPS as a separate forum if the FCPS posts are drowning out other topics? For the same reasons why AAP was broken out?
