Maybe you're in a Very Special area? I bet it has fire hydrants somewhere, since that remains a requirement, even for Very Urban Places. Train your dog to use those, if there are no strips in your area. Or does your apartment building have a strip? Use that -- at least the dog lives there.[/quote]
