Well, if you look at the math of it, you can see that both sides have a "point." The U.S. is 60.7% non-Hispanic Caucasian. So cut that in half, and the U.S is around 30% white male. Their share of boardrooms, Congress, news anchor spots, and tenured academic spots used to be close to 100%. There is no way that getting that down to a proportionate representation (i.e. 30%, or let's say even 40% considering the complication of gendered choices in terms of child-rearing) is not going to be felt as a loss. I get that. The annoying thing with the MRA, etc. grievance movement is that the (very slow) adjustment of representation in positions of power and influence is not because white males are being discriminated against. How could this be? If anything, the fact that their "share" of these positions is probably 75%+ today is evidence that they still benefit from reverse discrimination or at least significant structural and institutional advantages.
So you think that people should be immediately able to move to the US and take existing professional positions (or positions of power and influence) away from people who have already put in the time and education to rise to those jobs, so that races are proportional? And if they don't, it's racism? How about the fact that a large share of the immigrants to this country have very little education? Just like whites coming to the US spent several generations rising up from their agricultural backgrounds, the same will be necessary for the "new Americans." And it has nothing to do with racism. If you care about racial equity in power, start by reforming K-12 education in your hometown.
Just stop. You think uneducated Guatemalans are taking positions of power and influence away from educated white Americans? What kind of fantasy red pill message board did you get that from?
You don't read very well, do you? First PP complains that positions of power and influence do not reflect current population in the US and that whites retain these positions because of racism. Next PP says, no duh, uneducated Guatemalans aren't going to walk across the border into boardrooms, and it has nothing to do with racism.
