Who are "They"?  Why do they value different demographics?   These "they" are the handful of rich White males who want to become more and more rich. They want a workforce that can let them rule the world.  So they do not have the need for subpar people who are not very educated and they want people who are diverse so that they can make inroads into diverse markets, segments, countries.

If you are a White male and feel left behind then the truth is that rich White  people like Trump, Murdoch, Kushner, GOP, anti-labor, anti-democracy people have shafted you like they have shafted everybody else.  You can continue taking it in your asses or you could change your blind allegiance.  You are already a disposable piece of toilet paper for the rich White males.  Yeah, sorry but sucks to be you but you are worthless to the elite who are rich, male, connected, greedy, unworthy, lacking merit, evil and White. Be angry because you have been suckered by them.

Do I need to change your mind and heart about Trump? What about Joel Osteen? What about Tucker Carlson? Or Rush Limbaugh?  You are are so stupid!!
