So you sound like the kind of person who enjoys bullying others. You think you should be able to assault people and they should be prohibited from defending themselves against you. That’s basically what you’re advocating here - being able to force someone to come to a stop and remain there while you and you’re fellow goonsquad beats on their vehicle with sticks and poles, and tries to break their windows so they can open the doors and drag people out of their cars. That’s what you want to be shoe to do, unfettered. And when you hear someone say they’ll drive over/through you to get away, your reaction is to call it a “premeditated attack”.
