Those things in combination will lead to a gradual, months-long shift back to normalcy, even if normalcy doesn't look exactly as it did pre-pandemic.  It's not like a switch will be flipped and yay, back to normal!  But life won't be like this forever either.  I'm confused why you think it will be.
