It's all well and good for you all to say this from behind your computer screens, but please actually take it out into the world. Confront your biases, and make others confront theirs. Don't sit quietly when your older relatives say and do racist sh!t.  Use your power to say and do the things that can't safely do! Believe us when we tell you something is racist. Don't question our experiences. Don't require black victims to be perfect people for them to matter. Don't try to silence conversations about race that make you uncomfortable. Understand that when you get tired of hearing about it and talking about, that it's 10x as exhausting LIVING IT. [/quote]
