So the treats thing. Here are my thoughts- Do you know how many dogs freak out over POC? He’s a bird watcher and in the park a lot. He probably has had instances where a dog has started to become agitated and I’M GUESSING he asks if he can give the dog a treat to chill them out. In this case, he saw the dog’s windpipe was being crushed by her behavior. It is so distressing to see what is happening to that dog. I’m only addressing the dog and treat issue here. Not the fact that she became completely unhinged. Every single bit of her behavior was sickening.
I did not think it was strange for him to carry treats. I know two different people who keep dog treats in their pockets when they go on walks. They like dogs very much, but don't have them so treats to dogs on walks is what they do. Another friend keeps treats and a leash in her car in case she runs across a stray dog. All she had to do was leash her dog! Just because is sweet or extremely well behaved does not mean the law does not apply to you. So is mine, but I'm not so special that the laws don't apply to me. To be, the worst part was the theater show she put on for the 911 call. Did she break any laws by lying in the 911 call?
