Maybe on the girls side since those are all girls teams, but what about the boys?
It seems that many topics and comments seem foreign if not prefaced with identifying if the post refers to boys v girls lacrosse as the process is different in many ways. Here is my take on boys lacrosse for summer/fall. My prediction is that there will be many fall events that 2021 teams will choose to play in. Some D3 coaches have not completed the recruiting but all 2021's should already be on the radar of a coach. The missed summer event may provide a chance to get one last look in the fall. From what I understand of the girls process, there are large events that all the good teams attend. That is not the same on the boys side as event are run by club owners and over the last few years they do not always attend each other's events. AKA no Crabs at Naptown. Under normal times, 2021 teams may not play in the fall of the senior year but these are not normal times. In addition, the showcases like the NXT fall event or the prospect days will be very important this fall. The interesting thing will be if players opt out of football if they are serious about getting recruited for lacrosse. I think it would be tough to balance both.
