I think people are already tiring of the isolation. If you have isolated for close to two weeks and no one around you has gotten sick it is easy to start being a little more lax. Yesterday I took the kids to a soccer field to run around and there were 6 late teen age boys playing a basketball game. There was also a group of similarly aged girls sitting in a car in the parking lot - they would occasionally get out and sit on the curb then get back in the car. I also saw a group of six adult neighbors who had all been out walking their dogs and they met on a street corner and were all standing in very close proximity chatting. People are tired of being inside and some more desperate for interaction than others. I think since they haven't gotten sick and a couple weeks have passed, people feel like they can relax
This. There are still plenty of guys playing soccer in our MoCo neighborhood at the parks. Plus people meeting up for walks, etc. Some parks took down the basketball hoops because people were still shooting hoops. Tough to enforce in any meaningful way.
