That is not assault.  He looks annoyed, not like he is going to strangle her.  I seriously thought this video was going to be way worse than it is.  There are some really irresponsible posters here.  I'm betting that the woman was an entitled a$$ about the whole thing.  Thus the bogus medical bills and video release wanting to cash in on this.

I'm pretty sure that she videotaped the whole thing with her phone.  Note how she was oh so careful not to get her own face on tape.  She was looking for a reason to get money from the airline and chose to antagonize this guy on purpose.[/quote]
