But the way PANDAS and Lyme come up is that a parent says “is this PANDAS”? and people respond with the very real, very substantial questions about PANDAS and Lyme. Yes this could be done in a more or less derailing way. But it’s not invalidating to you when someone comments to *someone else* about the serious issues surrounding those diagnoses.
