Prince Charles.  Met him twice. Polite and nice.  Very patiently listened to one man's long-winded story of meeting his mother in the 1950s.  Cooed over my 18th month old daughter.  He took more time than his aides wanted to make sure that he greeted everyone waiting for him.  (Camilla also quickly greeted the crowd, but seemed nervous and rushed in her handshakes and greetings, and didn't linger with any of us.)

JFK Jr. (sort of), at a conference.  He seemed friendly in the brief moment he spent with the staff, but his aide was extremely protective and rude, so no one was allowed to actually talk to him.  We were really disappointed--we were a small staff that had worked very hard to set up his visit, and we hoped for at least a handshake or a thank you.  Or a marriage proposal.

Dolly Parton.  AMAZING human being.  Very, very tiny, and looked like an everyday version of her stage self  (slightly toned down wig, makeup and dress, but still very recognizable).  I met her in a doctor's waiting room and she was so friendly and outgoing.  She told me she was excited to meet the doctor since he played a rare instrument and she was going to try to convince him to play on a new album.  How humble is that?!
