This.  It’s sending the message to the world that she’s ALL about her sexuality.  It takes attention from other positive qualities of a young girl and makes the focus on her naked body.

The same was said about tight jeans in the 80’s or mini skirts in the 70’s.

I absolutely do blame girls for dressing like they are cheap hookers.  Or I blame the parents.  Any woman who has so little to offer that she has to wag her boobs and ass at everyone is pathetic.
