Bullshit. They were doing Tomahawk chants, a racist gesture that's absolutely mocking in context. Our media has internalized so much of the right wing lies about the media that they're fell all over themselves to exonerate these kids, when anyone who watched the videos knows that they were absolutely making racist taunts at an old man.[/quote]

The "old man" had a sidekick with a camera.  He walked up to the kids--not vice versa.  He is an activist--not a nobody.  And, his much touted Vietnam vet experience was debunked.  He served during the Vietnam war and said that he was a Vietnam vet several times on camera--not just a Vietnam era vet.  His service was also not the best.  He was in the brig.  This whole event was deliberate on his part.

He lied on CNN and said the kids were mocking the African American men--when, in reality, it was just the opposite.  [/quote]
