People who can afford a $700,000 home aren't poor. I know it's hard to fathom, but there are those of us who prefer Silver Spring to Bethesda and Chevy Chase. Not everyone is intimidated by other people's wealth; they may prefer a more down to earth environment than what ultra-wealthy schools and neighborhoods provide. YMMV.[/quote]
