This is disgusting.  Who pays fees to a company to play  and they don't even have bathrooms for practices or games.  Do you know how little it would cost MSI to get at least a porta john.  We play softball/baseball thru RBBA and they supply porta johns for fields that do not have bathrooms or local businesses in walking distance. [/quote]

Do you realize that the $2.4M that MSI paid MCPS for the turf field construction is basically an exclusive right to use the turf field for 10 years?  This is basically a 10 year pre-paid lease to use the field. The bathroom facility is the responsibility of MCPS to provide. [/quote]

Can't realize what isn't true. MSI does not have an exclusive right to the fields.  Read the contract.

Bathrooms are the responsibility of MSI.  Again, read the contract.  You might learn something.[/quote]
