Well, they didn’t bother to consider increasing school capacity in high density areas that will be most impacted by this proposal.  This is why so many schools are overcrowded in the first place.  MoCo pushes through pro-developer policy and then kids suffer.[/quote]

Actually so many schools are overcrowded in the first place because people who didn't have kids in school are selling their homes to people who do.

Not true for our area.  In my neighborhood the older couples move out of the homes and it’s purchased by an illegal landlord and turned into a boarding house.  So in a SFH where there used to be 3 kids, we now have 7.  Poor enforcement of the housing codes already in place has led to more and more of these homes taking over our neighborhood.[/quote]
