The ones that are federally supported can't compare to the "boutique," for profit centers. But the Boutique Centers are much more efficient and apparently, if you can overlook the "no hugs rule," more humane. Someone is paying for the Boutique Centers. Can you guess who? And someone is paying for the federally-supported centers. We know who that is. So which is it? Are you all willing to pay more for the boutiques to ensure the kids are not "harmed?" It's going to boil down to money, folks. [/quote]
