[/quote] lol nope why isn't EOTR more expensive what is happening is gentrification and associated price increases are moving from West to East across the city and yes in some places people are paying in advance when neighborhood schools are still bad. Within 5-10 years the schools start to flip starting at the elementary school level[/quote]
