I probably wouldn't go if you have another option you are excited about (you like your daycare and have a good IB your guaranteed to by K), otherwise at PK3 you have nothing to loose.

Our preK 4 child is currently happy at his school and we are leaving for MV.  Change is easy at this age, and it doesn’t take a lot to make toddlers happy in school where it’s all play base.  Our child will realize later that it was the right move when he goes to DCI, and we don’t have to uproot him from his friends, sport clubs, activities, etc..to move for viable middle or high schools. Until 5th grade when only 60% of his class gets into DCI.... so either him or his best friend are being uprooted.[/quote]
