If not LAMB, then any entity that fits the ZONING, could buy it.[/quote] Perhaps you haven't noticed, but in Ward 4, developers can do anything they want. Zoning laws don't matter. It's basically the opposite of Georgetown or Alexandria, where you can't paint your shudders without approval from the city. In Ward 4, developers can build whatever they want. [/quote]
