Their defense will be that they have clean records prior to this and this was all done out of love for their children and they sacraficed so that their children could go on to have the best education.  Blech!  I seriously do not see jail time for the celebs at all.  [/quote]

No one saw jail time for Teresa and Joe Guidice either. Now they've done 5 years in prison between them AND Joe's being deported at the end of the month. Already heading into ICE custody. Being a celebrity doesn't make them above the law.[/quote]

when it comes to cheating the educational system even the judge will be able to relate, considering he PROBABLY got into law school through the appropriate channels. he'll likely not be lenient on them.  [b]Or maybe I'm just hoping.[/b][/quote]  Why?  [/quote]
