For ECNL, the McLean staff is generally immune to the anxiety that parents and players have as the tryout period approaches for whatever reason. They still do individual ID sessions though. Just get a hold of the coach and they will have you come practice with a team. It allows for a better eval and is what most ID sessions are like at most clubs anyway. [/quote]
