The coaches do not show up to watch kids based on what club badge the kid has on the jersey.  They either scout a specific kid or pick a team that is high in standings to look for talented players. [/quote]

Clubs build relationships with schools and they watch those clubs, as well as highly ranked teams. The volume difference between a top ranked 16/17/18 team and a middle of the road team is huge. Why winning is important at those age groups [/quote]
