I am voting for Truth, Justice and the American way so I will be voting Democrat I am voting against *Corruption *Crudeness/Crassness *Cruelty *C(K)leptocracy
+1 The GOP preys on the fears of bigots in order to hold power so they can enrich themselves further. I’m voting against THAT.
The Democrats accuse everyone of who disagrees with them of being a racist or a moron or a deplorable, and have convinced themselves that conservatives are evil. I'm voting against having people with that mindset in power.
The fact that your top issue for the election is illegal immigration does nothing to dissuade me from believing that you are a racist, moron, or deplorable.
It’s deplorable that you would call someone a racist as the moderator because they don’t necessrily agree with your opinion. Jeff you are wrong. People should be allowed to disagree. It’s how President Trumo got into office because people such as yourself refuse to hold discussions without name calling. I am sad to see that as a country we are being divided by the lack of dialogue and accepting the diversity of opinions. I’d urge you to not delete this comment but allow the aforementioned poster to explain themselves. Be accountable, moderate instead of denigrating.
Thank you. I am the aforementioned poster (also the OP), and the one the moderator called a white supremacist. And a moron. And a racist. When i pointed out that I voted for the African-American over the white guy in my district (because his policies align with me) as evidence that I could not be a white nationalist - horrible and disgusting that the moderator would call me that! - he first went with the "oh, I have a black friend" analogy, and then when that failed, he the had the nerve to say that I was willing to vote for the African-American only because I knew he wouldn't win. And think about it. The moderator called me a white nationalist (akin to calling someone a Nazi) because I think that uncontrolled illegal immigration has already down harm in the working-class areas where they settle, and it should be our number #1 priority. It has a major negative impact on the caliber of the public education system, disadvantagimg children from moderate backgrounds whose parents can't afford a "W" or private achool. It destroys the surrounding property values, so that it creates a financial burden on hard-working, modest-earning older Americans who depend on the equity in the home they bought 40 years ago to help fund their retirement. The moderator, who is just vicious to people who disagree with him, has also accused me of being against immigration in general, as it pertains to non-whites. I in return have said I'm fine with educated Indians, for example, who come here and contribute. He just as much said I was a liar. I am not a white nationalist, and the idea is preposterous. I still deserve an apology, but he has so convinced himself that good, decent people with different opinions are evil racists that he can't see what's true any longer.
