MCPS is required to educate all kids.  This has come up in other cases.  They probably had to put him somewhere.[/quote]

Blair Ewing can't hold all the kids in MCPS that are on probation.  That's why Blair HS has it's own probation officer assigned to the school.  Students are regularly in court on criminal charges, including armed robbery, and sent back to school on probation.

The Board of Education closed the Kingsley Wilderness Center years ago.  That was a place where these students could be sent to go to school with highly trained educators.  Thank Pat O'Neill for closing down that center and other programs that kept criminal offenders from going right back to their local high school.  It was Pat O'Neill who thought keeping those students in neighborhood schools was a good idea.

Pat O'Neill also thought it was a good idea to keep John Vigna and Jose Pineda in schools years after they were caught sexually abusing students.  Yes, Pat O'Neill has done a lot for students, but none of it in a good way.  Vote her out or expect more of the same.
