I know!  Why is no one  besides  you me and the poster who linked the video commenting?  Everyone is stuck on the damn t-shirts.  [b]The video is really, really disturbing and inappropriate. [/b]

Another facet is mental illness which is common in that community.  Adoptions should require a mental health evaluation instead of assuming people who fit a certain stereotype should automatically be assumed a good, qualified parent, etc.

I also wonder though, if his behavior indicates a disability or RAD. Kids who are starved for attention don't hug random strangers. What I can see is their moms saying "he's such a loving child, always hugging people. Let's hang one of those'free hugs' signs on his neck. He'll think it's neat, and it will make us look like such cool parents." (Free hugs signs are a trend amongst hippies).

I agree.  I don't think this young boy in the video nor the 2014 photo did this on his own accord at all.  If it wasn't the parents pushing the boy to do this, they should have never allowed it.  It was the parents who bought that onesie with the tail and allowed it to be worn in public with no shoes or socks.  The parents are responsible for this along with the haircut.  I don't think the boy realized this is inappropriate and there are predators out there.  Everyone in that crowd got a huge laugh out of the boy and didn't see what we saw.  There was even a woman behind the boy touching him in the crowd.[/quote]
