So at that point, I had my divorce lawyer send a letter to their house, asking him to please file the quit claim deed, and included a check from me for the filing fee, and an explanation that all he had to do was sign and put it in the self addressed stamp envelope. She went ballistic on her public fb page about what a crappy husband he was and how he hadn’t even completed his end of our divorce.  [/quote]
