Why can it not be the responsibility of the males behaving inappropriately to not do that? Why should she confront this person directly rather than reporting this person to the appropriate human resources department so that they can address the inappropriate behavior? You are not my child. It is not my job to teach you how to behave appropriately. [/quote]
