By voting in the DC elections in 2014, even if she didn't cancel her MD residency, it shows clear intent that she wanted her residency to be DC and that means she'll fail the requirement to be a MD state resident for the last 5 years. If not, she'll be cited for voter fraud and likely have a voter fraud felony on her record. While that may not disqualify her from office, it's unlikely that she'll be able to unseat a popular sitting incumbent with that on her record, especially as a virtual unknown. She's effectively axed her chances before even running.[/quote]
