All of that is pure conjecture on your part. You have zero facts to back up your conspiracy theory.

The most plausible explanation? The FBI is looking into this guy and his family/friends for scamming the government - they had no-show jobs, didn't provide the services they were contracted to do (Federal crime #1). It appears they had lots of side businesses and were avoiding taxes (Federal crime #2). And they were lying to banks about the money they were borrowing (Federal crime #3). They are low-level grifters.[/quote]
