All of the ones I've seen are, yes. I can't only speak for Japanese and a few Korean men though, I don't know about Chinese or Southeast Asian men. I was in the Navy and assigned to Okinawa, single, in my 20's, what's a girl going to do? Maybe Vienna sausages is a little small by comparison, but not much. It was nice to get back to the states where things are better. And bigger. [/quote]

Not really. Unlike OP, I slept around quite a bit before getting married, and in my experience with Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Fillippino, white, black, Latino, and Native American men, penises for most men tend to be proportional to the rest of the body. There are exceptions, of course, but a more accurate statement would be that small men tend to have small penises, hands, feet, etc., and large (as in overall size, not just fat) men tend to have correspondingly large body parts.[/quote]
