Well, I've posted many critiques of Sandberg, but I don't think this is one of them.  Paris Hilton, maybe.  But Sandberg is definitely smart and has worked hard.  She has clearly also made some savvy decisions, which is kind of the point of her book.  She might have been lucky to have the choices she's had, but she seems to have consistently picked the best of her options, and that is to her credit.[/quote]

yes, sandberg worked hard and made good decision - just like tens of thousands of other people who were nowhere close to her level of success. she was lucky, and that explains most of her success. if she were less lucky she would still be successful but wouldn't be discussing her.
