I'm not sure what your point is. If I understand you correctly, your synagogue makes arrangements so that people attending services have sufficient legal parking spaces, and those who chose to park illegally get ticketed. That's a far cry from having congregants leave their car wherever is convenient, neighbors be damned. [/quote]
