Either the "bully's" parents are abusive/neglectful/etc (and hence the reason for the bullying) or they are trying like hell to fix the problem and mortified about it. About the only time it might be helpful is if the school is stonewalling on providing resources, and then the parents can get together to push for them to take action. [/quote]
