Does that mean to be on a U9 team, you would have to be 9 years old or under that specific year between the dates of August 1 to July 31? If so, does that put a September 5, 2017 birthday as a U9 player this year AND next year when the change occurs since September 5, 2026 is when my child turns 9?

Anyone born after 8/1 will repeat their current age group next year.   A 2017 U9 born after 8/1 will repeat U/9.  My oct 2015 will repeat U/11. [/quote]
